We also offer virtual staging, extended acreage coverage, additional building coverage, and lot line overlays.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Portland metro area, including Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Wilsonville, the West Hills, and neighborhoods like Forest Heights, Laurelhurst, Irvington, and Eastmoreland.

We also work with agents in Vancouver and throughout Southwest Washington.

What is your Pricing?

Photography-only shoots start at $225 (up to 2,000 sq. ft.).

Packages range from $375 for our Essential package up to $900 for our Luxury suite (up to 2,000 sq. ft.).

How quickly will I receive my photos?

Most projects are delivered fast — usually within 1 business day for standard photography, aerials, and Zillow 3D tours.

For more advanced media, like twilight photos, Matterport tours, or video, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Everything is delivered MLS-ready through our easy-to-use client portal, with both high-resolution and web-sized files included.

Need it sooner? Rush delivery is available upon request.

How do I prepare for the shoot?

The basics go a long way: declutter countertops and surfaces, remove personal items like photos and toiletries, make beds, open blinds to let in natural light, and make sure all interior bulbs are working.

Outside, tidy the yard, clear the driveway, and move bins out of view. We’ll send you our “Listing Media Checklist” to make prep easy once you’ve booked your shoot.

How do I schedule my photo shoot?
